Your adorable mismanagement has meet to organize the deets for this festivus; what we have come up with should astound and delight you. There is a two tiered payment structure this year. One price includes haberdashery, the other, not so much.
- $40 covers the cost of cabin for 3 days, beer for three days and trail shenanigans.
- $75 covers the cost of cabin for 3 days, beer for three days, trail shenanigans and your very own Boulder Hash House Harriers Holidaze West Zip Front Sweatshirt Hoodie! Deadline for Haberdashery sign up 12/14/2015.
The cabin leaders will be repaid for their reservations ahead of Holidaze to alleviate pressure on them and keep things simple. If you paid to reserve a cabin, contact Mach with the cabin number and price paid.
Remember that you should plan on bringing food for yourself for the weekend. Team up with your cabin to decide on your cabin crawl creations for Friday evening. How about a theme to your libations to share with the pack? The more creative the better. There will be a potluck on Saturday after trail, followed by a white elephant gift exchange ($10 limit). Midnight naked trails will happen both nights. Don’t forget your sleeping bag and Beano’s mom to keep you warm.
